Luma CS Copilot is an internal Chrome extension built exclusively for the Luma Nutrition customer service team. It is distributed as an unlisted extension — only team members with the direct install link have access.
The extension collects the following data solely for the purpose of improving customer service quality:
Conversation metadata from Commslayer (conversation ID, customer name, email, intent classification, and agent-generated outcome labels). Customer order data from Shopify as displayed within Commslayer (order count, total spend, recent order date). Agent name (selected by the agent on first use).
Conversation text is sent to the Anthropic Claude API to generate response suggestions and conversation analysis. This data is processed in real-time and is not stored by Anthropic beyond the API request. Conversation metadata and outcome logs are stored in a private Supabase database accessible only to Luma Nutrition management for quality tracking and agent coaching.
Data is shared only with Anthropic (Claude API, for AI analysis) and Supabase (for internal analytics storage). No data is sold, shared with advertisers, or made available to any third party.
API keys are stored server-side and are never included in the extension source code. Agent preferences (name selection, theme) are stored locally in Chrome's extension storage. Analytics data is stored in a private Supabase project with row-level security enabled.
Luma Nutrition team members may request deletion of their logged data by contacting management. Since this is an internal tool, data retention follows Luma Nutrition's internal data policies.
